Our Mission

Diaspora Therapy Group was founded by members of the BIPOC    community. We believe in authentic communication and living your truth. Our goal is to help you find your voice and take up space in a world that can be challenging to navigate. As individuals who have experienced these challenges firsthand, we're here to virtually "hold your hand" throughout your healing journey. Though we're based in San Diego, CA, we offer telehealth services throughout California and Arizona.

Our Treatment Approach

We use our lived experiences to connect with you in ways that traditional Western therapy may not while providing a culturally sensitive and affirming environment to explore your identity.
