Clinical Supervisor

Location: Remote (CA only)
Type: Contract (4-8 Hours/Month)

Qualifications

Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on multicultural therapy. Prior experience in clinical supervision. Strong commitment to social justice, diversity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive learning environment. Preference for candidates from the QTPOC or BIPOC communities, with a deep understanding of how systemic issues impact our clients.

Responsibilities

Facilitate one weekly 2-hour group supervision session with our team of therapists.
Provide clinical guidance, support, and feedback to help therapists enhance their skills and meet professional development goals.
Maintain a supportive environment that respects the diverse backgrounds and needs of our therapists and clients.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in therapy.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align supervision with the organization's mission and values.
