Laura Muensterer, APCC (she/her)

Hello and welcome! I’m Laura Muensterer (she/her), an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. As a first-generation German immigrant, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating cultural identity, belonging, and personal growth. I also identify as pansexual and recognize the nuanced journey of self-discovery when it comes to sexuality and gender identity.

In my practice, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore the challenges that shape your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, or navigating relationships—romantic, platonic, or familial—I offer a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, unmet needs, and the patterns that may be holding you back, so you can move toward a life that aligns with your values and aspirations.

As someone who came into my own identity later in life, I understand the emotions that come with self-discovery. My humanistic, person-centered approach ensures that therapy is a collaborative process—you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to support, challenge, and guide you in a way that fosters growth and self-compassion. If you’re looking for a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world and create meaningful change, I’d love to walk alongside you on that journey.
