Hi, my name is Rup and my pronouns are she/her. I am the Director of Operations, with over 15 years of experience in leading and delivering cross-functional projects for various organizations. I hold an MBA and PMP certification and have in-depth knowledge of management methodologies. I am passionate about creating and implementing effective solutions to address diverse challenges and achieve strategic goals. Diaspora therapy group allows me the opportunity to contribute to a progressive work culture and concentrate on helping those that help some of our most marginalized populations.
