Hi! I’m Mystiika, and I identify as queer and gender-expansive. My approach to therapy is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, somatic, and spiritually-integrated lens. Meaning, I recognize that the anxiety, disconnection, and old patterns you’re carrying aren’t flaws; they’re intelligent responses to inherited wounds, systemic harm, and belief systems that were never built to hold the fullness of who you are. My intention in our work together is to support you in meeting those patterns with compassion instead of shame.

My areas of focus include attachment trauma, intergenerational and ancestral healing, and family and couples systems work. I support partners and families untangling communication breakdowns, inherited roles, and relational ruptures, the kind that show up around money, intimacy, and belonging. I also hold space for survivors healing from gender-based violence, and for the courageous conversations around race, gender, sexuality, and religion that shape our relationships and our capacity for liberation and joy in our bodies.

In our sessions, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where every part of you, and every part of your relationships, is welcome, including the parts that have felt “too much” or unspeakable elsewhere. I’ll invite you to listen inward, meet your shadows with compassion, and reconnect to the self and the relationships that have been waiting to be seen. For clients who are interested, I also integrate tarot and oracle cards into our work to deepen reflection and insight.
