About Me

Hi! I’m Clark, a nonbinary Black/Puerto Rican EMDR trained therapist. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. Sometimes, therapy can feel dry and formulaic, like you’re a problem rather than a person. I take a different approach, meeting each person where they are, adjusting my approach to fit their needs. Let’s dive deep and tap into parts of you that you may have had to shut off to fit into a world that isn’t always kind or understanding of our differences.

My areas of focus include navigating complex, intergenerational trauma, relational concerns, adolescent/parent dynamics, gender identity, sexual trauma, sexual incompatibility, nonmonogamy, kink/bdsm, and sex work. I love working with teens, parents, adults, and couples looking for nonjudgmental support to find a way out of harmful cycles toward joy and fulfillment.

I believe that therapy offers us the chance to create a positive, reparative relationship. It demonstrates that we can build trust with others and be treated with respect and kindness. I believe that healing involves attuning to our bodies to learn what words may not convey. Therapy is a two-way street; if something isn’t working, let’s talk about it. This space is for you to grow, and my role is to assist you in that growth. If you are looking for a safe space to process trauma, explore your identity, or begin to embody a healthy sexual identity, I would love to assist you.
